We're a two-person studio, not an advertising company, so this is short and honest.
We don't track you. We don't sell data. Our games run in your browser and store nothing about you except your high score — and that lives on your own device, not our servers.
Games like Cascade save your best score in your browser's local storage. This never leaves your device, isn't linked to any identity, and you can clear it anytime through your browser settings. That's the only data our games keep.
Our site uses no advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and no analytics that identify you. We may keep basic, anonymised server logs (of the kind every web server produces) purely to keep the site running and secure.
When you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and message so we can reply. We keep it only as long as needed to help you, and we never share it with anyone or add you to a list without asking.
If you subscribe, we use your email address only to send occasional studio updates. Every message has a one-click unsubscribe, and leaving deletes your address from our list.
You can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — just email hello@tinyrocketwaterfall.com and we'll sort it out promptly. As an EU studio, we honour the rights the GDPR gives you.
If this policy ever changes in a meaningful way, we'll note it here and, if you're subscribed, tell you by email.
